Where ship systems are built: thrusters, life support, the regulator, and the Warp Drive and its four parts.
Nothing here is just "so much alloy". Each system is built from what it's actually made of, gathered along different lines: the press, the anvil, the smelter, the ground. So each one is a small project of its own.
