Wind Rotor
Makes power from where you put it, not from what you feed it. Solar asks you to store for the night; wind asks you to store for the weather.
Cheaper than a solar array and it needs no rare stock. What it needs is a hilltop, and the cost of that is the walk.
Its output comes from the Hardness of what its blades were cut from: a stiff blade holds its shape at speed, a soft one flexes and spills the wind. Unlike an array it doesn't stop at dusk. It stops on a still day, so it holds more than it makes in a minute to ride out a lull.
