Terms of Sale and Refunds

What you're buying

A Founder pack is early access to AstraCube, a game that is still in development. It includes:

• Founder ($9.99): access to the current playtest and future playtests, the full game when it is released, the Founder role on our Discord, an in-game Founder badge and cosmetic, and your name in the game's credits.
• Founder+ ($14.99): everything in Founder, plus a code for a second copy that you can give to someone else. That copy includes playtest access and the full game, but not the Founder perks.

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken once; there is no subscription.

Early access

The game is unfinished. Features, worlds and content will change, and some things in playtests may be removed or reworked before release. We don't promise a release date. Playtests need a Windows or Linux PC that can run the game; check that yours can before you buy.

Delivery

After payment you'll get an email with your access code, usually within a few minutes. The code works once: use it to create an account, or to add the pack to an account you already have. If it doesn't arrive, email us and we'll resend it.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email support@playastracube.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. After 14 days we'll still look at every request, for example if the game won't run on your machine.

A refund ends the pack: the account (or the friend's copy) it unlocked loses access, and the Founder perks are removed. If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of asking us, the same happens.

Your account

Accounts are for one person. Sharing an account, or reselling codes, can get the account closed. Codes you give to a friend through Founder+ are fine; that's what they're for.
